Most of us have a complex relationship with food. Food is connected to love, joy, comfort and nourishment. We’ve probably all heard that a certain food is ‘bad’ and another food is ‘good’. In reality, food is just food. It does not have a moral code. You are not a good or bad person because of the food you ate. Learning to ditch the guilt and shame around eating is a journey that can take time, but it is worth every minute. If you would like support to shift your mindset and relationship with food, I would be honoured to guide you on your journey.
